    Hi,

    1) We have received reports of this issue and we are working on a way to close the top bar.

    2) There isn’t any way to call the top bar via PHP yet. However, you can target it to specific pages. If you’d like to open the top bar manually, please contact us at http://mailmunch.zendesk.com and we’ll love to chat with you more about it.
