    Please try deleting the plugin and installing it manually.

    Unfortunately, the subscriber’s permission will not be sufficien. Could you please provide the access with administrator’s permission, along with the access to the FTP, so that we could see for ourselves and find a solution to your problem.

In this ticket, please provide a link to the page, on which the problem occurs, the access to the Dashboard and the FTP, as well as a link to this post, so that we could recall the case immediately.
