There are several ways of doing this. They primarily depend on what the resources in question are. If abcd is a page (post type), abcd-profile is a taxonomy term (category, tag, etc), and john-doe is a post (post type). Then either you can setup parent child relationships so that john-doe is the child of page abcd, and then select “Post Parent” as the Hierarchy for the Post post type in the Breadcrumb NavXT settings page.

Alternatively, you could setup a menu with the desired hierarchy and use Breadcrumb NavXT Menu Magic (a premium extension plugin to Breadcrumb NavXT) and have it pick up that hierarchy.

The ultimate solution depends on what type of resource the URLs link to.
