but if there is a bad review about a product by a customer and the customer wanna remove it, how then we can proceed?

The best way to deal with a bad review remains “reply well”.
If the person who posted the review wants to then then can modify it themselves. It just can’t be deleted by them and unless it’s an extreme case (and this isn’t) posts and topics are not edited or deleted.

Reviews can be edited by the people who wrote them. In the plugin/ theme’s “Reviews” tab, tell the person to scroll down right to the bottom. There they can edit their review.
This post was published a year ago and it’s not a typical review.it’s a thread.he cannot modify it anymore.

I’m sorry, but it still is not done for all the normal reasons that apply to topics and posts.

Unless it’s an extreme case such as stalking, physical threats, etc. then posts and topics are not edited or deleted. You’re talking about a poor review and that’s hardly extreme.
The review is not going to be deleted or edited.
Hi Ronik, I’m sorry about the bad review, but I need help with the EVOLVE theme (the best theme I have ever used so far) on WordPress4.0 right close to the menu shows this piece of code in a form select(drop down) with menu showing right under it in the menu drop down. Here is the site: pjnigeria.org
Thanks

I’m sorry oluseyis, targeting volunteers in other people’s threads is not not how these forums work.
What you need to do instead is create a thread on your theme’s support forum to discuss your issue: https://wordpress.org/support/theme/evolve#postform
Make sure not to bottleneck your support by addressing it to 1 person.
