I don’t know what page builder is. Have you toggled your tinymce toolbar?

    Hi,

no, the tinymce toolbar is present, but the FA button is not present:
    Screen

Unfortunately someone else of my team update something on the WP platform, and the FA button disappeared…

Have you checked your console for javascript errors? Can you show me a screen of the Options tab on your File Away settings page?

    Hi,

unfortunately i don’t have access to the console. Is there a way to read error from dashboard?

I’ve tried the different botton position but nothing change.

Console is part of your web browser.

Probably another plugin is creating javascript errors. Disable your other plugins one by one, see if you find the culprit. To view the console, right click on any page element and choose Inspect Element. Then click on the console tab. It will show you any javascript errors.

Ok, you mean the browser console, sorry 😉

Btw, no error at all are displayed on the console when i load the edit page.

Sorry, but I don’t have the rights to do this…

Can i export something that can help you? Configuration files or something similar…

If another plugin is causing the tinymce button to disappear, then the other plugin is the problem, not File Away. You need to take it up with them.
