Can't Display As List

I have the following code – and have LIST selected.
‘team_manager category=’sales’ orderby=’ID’ limit=’0′ post__in=” exclude=” layout=’list’ image_layout=’rounded’ image_size=’thumbnail’]’
It doesn’t display in a LIST – but in the GRID view.
