    Without knowing your settings, I can’t really say.

    Is it possible that your settings scheduled ALL 200 posts to be done before “Now”? ie: 1 post every 15 minutes and you stated them today. That would have scheduled 1 post every 15 minutes from midnight (earlier today) and perhaps they were all scheduled. This would lead to “Missed schedule” because they were all in the past.

    Otherwise, this was a general problem in WordPress that caused this and I can’t remember it. A quick web search should reveal that.
