I posted about this with no reply yet. I dont know if its a wordpress , theme or plugin issue. It also does not show the message in the blog area. You have to go direct to the post to see it. Still no excerpts
Also set the “filter searches and archives” setting to No. Let me know if that works.

I´m also having this problem. Excerpts are not been shown when I set “show excerpts for non members” to YES.
I also set the filter searches and archives to “NO” but the excerpts are not shown yet.
I’m quite disappointed because I had no resolution of the problem and I ended up spending money buying “Groups for Woocommerce” for nothing.
I’m gonna try S2Member.
PS: I disabled all plugins. Let only these plugins activated: Groups, Groups WooCommerce, Paid Memberships Pro, PMPro WooCommerce and WooCommerce. I even tried to switch to the basic theme of WordPress (Twenty Twelve), but excerpts remain not displayed! 🙁
I think it´s solved kow.
In my case the plugin GROUPS was hiding the excerpts an title posts. I just unchecked the access restrictions on the posts.
Filter searches and archives is set to NO, show excerpts for non members to yes, still i have the excerpt shown for some posts and for others i have the you have to be member message. Any ideas?
