Feedburner Subscribers show 0

I realised recently that the feedburner stats my site just dropped to 0. I had like 152 subscriber the last time I checked (30 September), I also subscribe to my feed (to ensure it works correctly) and I receive updates on all new posts. Another weird issue is when I logged in to feedburner my email subscriptions had been deactivated

I’ve tried Pinging and Resyncing but nothing changes. Site address: http://chocolateface.co.za/

Please advise as to how I can fix this issue.
