Atributes still shows exclamation

After translating all taxonomies still shows untranslated content. I believe that is has something to do with default language. The problem is that at the beginning all content and product variations were created in Lithuanian language. Later the woocommece WPML plugin was installed, and taxonomies were translated to another language, but plugin shows, that some translations still is needed.
