    Thanks for your question and yes, it definitely works in WordPress 4.0! I see the popup isn’t showing in your page, but that could be due to various things like the rule configuration.

    Could you please provide a screenshot of the settings for your popup?

    If you could please also ensure you have content for the popup as well, that could help. It needs to have content added in order to show in the page.
