Lightbox don't works!

Hi, i have bought Portfolio Gallery but the lightbox isn’t working correctly. When I click over photo it opens new windows’ browser. Maybe there is a conflict with my wordpress’ theme “White” and also “Ultrawhite (payment version”) beacause with other themes the plugin works correctly. My website isn’t yet on-line but i have found one like mine. This is web address:
