    Hi JoseLTorres,

    I checked your site and it seems like your site is using an older version of jquery and that’s why its not working perfectly. I would suggest you to to use the latest version of jquery and this would definitely solve the issue.

    Thank you for your quick reply. I upgraded the jQuery to the latest version and it’s still not working. Any other advice? Thank you.

    I again checked your site but it seems like you are still using some other jquery source other than the default WordPress jQuery script. Can you make sure you are using the default WordPress jQuery script ?
