Attachments with Plugin
-
I have just upgraded to the new version, installed and enabled the Attachments on the Filesystem plugin. However, on the new ticket page, I still see this message:
“Attachments on the Filesystem plugin can be downloaded here: Attachement Filesystem Plugin”

Hello,
Make sure you have selected to use file attachments in Settings –> Tickets and go pretty much near the bottom of the page “Store Attachments:” select your file location there.
Regards,
MarcoFor Store Attachments, I’ve chosen “Filesystem:…” and I am still getting the same message. I am using version 1.9.3, is there some other setting somewhere else I am neglecting?
There’s only 2 settings in 5 steps:
1) Upload plugin to osticket
2) “install” plugin
3) Plugin –> set a file location for example /var/www/vhost/yourdomain.com/attachments4) Enable plugin
5) Settings –> Tickets –> Attachments Make sure filesystem with full location is set.this is working with wp 4.0 and osticket 1.9.3
Besides that the osticket Plugin settings should be setup right (so connection to osTicket DB, prefix, etc should all be known to our plugin).Hmm, strange. Not working for me, but that’s ok.
Alright,
Well if you can share your information (ftp access/ wp access / db access).
then we can check it out and set it up/fix the issue for you.You can send the info to m.tiggelaar (at) key4ce.com

After more research we could reproduce this issue in the Admin ticket.
We will release the fix for this on next update (hopefully in the upcoming 48 hours).Regards,
MarcoHas a fix for this been released yet?
Hey,
Sadly not yet, that admin create ticket is turned out to be a real pain.
I will make a temporary release within the next 24 hours (just means the extra features we planned aren’t finished yet, but the fixes are made).
Regards,
Marco
