og:image not working with publicize

Hi folks!
I encounter an issue with the og:image, that is not used by facebook correctly. I tried various options, read many forums but the problem is still there.

For example this post:

produced that fb post:
https://www.facebook.com/HundeschuleKarstenSchmiel/posts/578388192271170

The og:image is set correctly in the post and when I test the published post on the facebook developer debug site, the correct image is displayed. When pasting the link to the facebook status, the correct image is displayed, too. But when publishing via publicize it just tages an image of the footer, that has nothing to do with the post and is not mentioned in og-tags.

For the case of missing image in the post, a fallback solution is set to a separate image that is working as you can see here: http://www.hundeschule-schmiel.de/aktuell/neu-treibball-einfuehrungskurs/
So if the correct image of the post is not workig, it would be very nice to take the fallback image. But it doesn’t..

So I just sit here and think of replacing publicize, but that cannot be the solution… 😉 Thanks for help and hints!
