Dear @mariolspeter the only difference in free and commercial versions is customization options.
The lightbox takes default size of loaded page and doesn’t recognize changes without refreshing the page. Maybe in feature we add resize listener for lightbox too.
Hi Huge-IT
OK re-size listener when moving from portrait to landscape to be added as a new feature in future upgrades that’s awesome, looking forward to that
But my initial question was when i open it on the mobile device in portrait mode i only see half the light box, the right side of the light box is off the screen. why is that? and how can i fix it?
oh,sorry, that shouldn’t happen. Could you tell me on what mobile device are you testing it ?
Samsung Note 3
I will try to check on other mobiles too if I can
Hi I just checked it on a iPhone 4S and also on a galaxy S4 and it’s the same. I have taken a screen shot of the issue is there anyway I can send it to you
Hello again, i have continued to try to make this work and finally found what the issue was. The images need to be within the max size of the light box 768X500
As i am using the free version i can not change these numbers, so after i re-sized the images, uploaded them again to the portfolio they work like a breeze on all mobiles tested before. (i did regenerate all thumbnails but that didn’t work)
Thanks for a great plugin.
a few great features in future releases
. auto resize when move from portrait to landscape and vise verse
. The ability to create a menu of all the portfolios so that it is easy for the user to switch between then (currently no way & also as we are not able to add 2 portfolios on the same page its an issue)
definitely worth the money
