I’m using the latest version of WordPress and Jetpack and I would like to know how to add the shortcodes as buttons to my posting form. It would make it much easier using the codes when posting a video or any other kind of media.

Jetpack doesn’t offer this option, but you could create your own plugin to add buttons to the post editor. This codex page should help:

You can also use another plugin to create the buttons for you, like this one:
