• Hi,

Got an email from a client today saying they haven’t received any emails from their contact form. I’ve been using Contact Form 7. But switched over to the contact form plugin that comes with Jetpack today.

I disabled Contact Form 7, then enabled the feature in Jetpack. I can receive emails from the website in my gmail account and I see them in the WordPress dashboard under the Feedback section, but my client doesn’t receive anything. I’ve verified that by using two of their email accounts, nothing from the website came through. Regular emails work, but that’s it. Checked their spam folders as well, they are empty. No filters or anything else that would be stopping this.

Using the latest version of Jetpack 3.1.1. I cannot post a URL on this forum, but I can send a personal message or email.

    Thanks, Joe

  • Having the same problem. Using email address from my own domain and the emails are not getting delivered. Use an @yahoo.com or @gmail.com address and they deliver. Previous release did not have this problem, but it seems to have come on with recent update.

I also have similar issue. Emails are not delivering from contact form. However getting intimation in Feedback page.
By the way is there any other configuration required other than providing email address in General Setting?

Same issue here with @aol.com not being delivered
