Google is picking up your Title tag and Meta Description just fine. Enter this into Google search to see this –

site:base-camp.sk/galeria/

You can’t force Google to display your Title tag and Meta Description in search results, the can display whatever they think best matches the search term. All you can do is influence them by setting a Title tag and Meta Description for every page and post.
