    The system is great, but Notifications are not working properly, i tried to intall a smtp plugin to test my smtp and its working, send e-mail test to me correctly..

    But when i creat a new ticket ou just a reply nothing is send to my email. Theres any configuration to do? I’m using free version and want to buy PRO, but i’m afraid, cause the site says the notification system works on free… and it’s not working to me.

    Please help me to solve this cause i really want to upgrade;

    It uses WordPress to email everything, so do you get regular emails from other WordPress activities, such as registering on your site? You can reconfigure your email settings by altering WordPress’ email settings.

    Same kind of issue…
    When a user submit a new ticket => ok, the user receive a confirmation (“your ticket is received”) BUT… the admin should receive a notification like “Hello a news ticket is submitted” or “A new answer is submitted” … but none of theirs are sended 🙁

    When the admin create an answer to the user =>ok, a notifaction is well sended to the user “An answer is posted on your ticket”.

    When the user answer => No email. Neither for user nor admin 🙁

    And my customer said “Why don’t you answer to our tickets” … 🙁

    (And I bought the Pro Version too)

    Always same issue:

    When a customer send a ticket :

    – customer receive a notification
    – admin receive nothing.

    Why ? 🙁

    I’m not sure. I cannot recreate your issue, as all emails send fine for me on my local and remote test sites. Have you tried disabling all other plugins except wpsc Support Tickets and see if the problem still persists or not?
