I drag & drop category item but not indent!
I using wordpress 3.9.2

Maybe your taxonomy is not hierarchically enabled?

I tryed with category and custom taxonomy ==> All same result, not indent.
Maybe wp 3.9.2 is cause!
Please help me fix it!

Sorry but the free version does not support such functionality, you may want to check with advanced code.
