shortcodes not working, show as text

    I am using the free version, and my shortcode is showing as text on the page. I have double checked that my API codes are correct.

    I am using the shortcode:

    [yelp-widget-pro id=”awesome-carpet-care-grand-prairie”]

    If my API are correct, what am I doing wrong?
