Right at the end of the membership check out, after clicking check out with PayPal it says Security Header is invalid. What is a Security Header and how can I make it Valid

This error usually occurs when your payment details are incorrect on the Memberships > Payment Settings page. Make sure that those details are correct, and there is no whitespace surrounding them in the fields. If you are using PayPal Standard, you might want to check out this blog post as well.
