Another plugin might be interfering with it. Please try disabling all other plugins and activating the default theme. If it doesn’t solve the problem, let me know.

I click on the link and it works just fine, interesting. You could just go to rockbridge.outdoorguide.us and click on Submit in the menu.

Did you try to deactivate the other plugins and revert to the default theme? In 99% of the cases doing this solves the issue.

No you will have to find the culprit and disable it permanently.
