Smooth Slider is one of the best responsive slider plugin for WordPress and is used on more than 100k+ websites. Sometime the large size images may take time to load on Smartphones and that’s why in Smooth Slider we have provided an option to select the size image that will load in the slider.
Go to the Smooth Slider settings page ==> Slides Panel tab ==> Thumbnail Image section ==> Select “Medium” in the field “WordPress Image Extract Size” and save changes.
Let me know if it helps.

Thanks for reply.
which is the best option in these options.
Use Custom Field/Key, Use Featured Post/Thumbnail (WordPress 3.0 + feature), Consider Images attached to the post, Order of the Image attachment to pick, Scan images from the post, in case there is no attached image to the post.
I do not get that posts are correctly displayed with photos from mobile

Hello,
All above options are best for attaching images to slide. But each one is used for different type of attachment.
Custom Field/Key : When you are using custom post, then keep enabled it.
Use Featured Post/Thumbnail : When you attach image using Featured image option of WordPress then keep enabled it.
Consider Images Attached : To fetch attached images of post which are attach using media.
Scan images from the post : To search and show images on slide.
If you don’t want to show image on slider keep disable all.
Thank you,

Hi @zagore,
The best option in your case seems that you can set “Featured Image” for all the Slides added to Smooth Slider. These images will not be shown in the post, still will appear in the Slides.
Also, there seems to be some JS error on the page due to which the resizing is not properly happening.
I will look into the issue and get back to you.
