Can't import csv

I installed the plugin on my website 2 (similar configuration). However, there is one website I can not import into the csv. After you complete the last step it just does “In Progress Is Your Import …” and “Processing …”.
No what happens next.

I have tried reinstalling several times with different versions were unsuccessful.

Please help me check.
