First post to show on map?

Just implemented this plugin, and love it so far. Have two situations going on, if anyone has info that’d be awesome:

1) How do you control which pointer automatically displays an info box on a global map? For example, my map always shows the latest. I’d rather it not show any, and just let people click on the pointers.

2) Some of my people don’t want to give their full address (I’m telling Geo Mashup what custom field to pull the address from). The problem with that? If two people happen to enter the same city, state, zip combo, only one shows on the map. Any way around this?
