Custom excerpt in the widget

    Go to the Smooth Slider settings page ==> Slides Panel tab ==> Slider Content section ==> Select “Post Excerpt” as the value for the field “Pick Content From” and save changes.

    I have the similar issue. How can I change the content of the excerpt?
