P.S.: an interesting thing.
Using https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/ , I see that the old URLs (an example: http://blog.tagliaerbe.com/2014/07/seo-zoom-anteprima.html ), created before activating the “social meta” are OK.
If I put some new URLs (an example: http://blog.tagliaerbe.com/2014/07/giornalismo-morto.html ), created after activating the “social meta”, the reply is “Error parsing input URL, no data was scraped.”
Hi tagliaerbe,
That post works fine for me and the debugger shows the information provided by All in One SEO Pack. You should know that Facebook caches data so if it crawled a post several days ago that information can still be in the cache. To force Facebook to clear their cache run the URL for the post through their debugger. Then check your source code to ensure the correct Open Graph meta is showing in the source code and that you have no duplicate Open Graph meta. If All in One SEO Pack is outputting your Open Graph meta correctly then the plugin is working fine.
Yes wpsmort, seems to be a Facebook issue, see here: https://developers.facebook.com/bugs/662958643791259/
Thank you!
Thanks tagliaerbe,
You are correct. We’ve had a couple of other people report this issue to us. Hopefully Facebook can fix this soon.
