pre sales questions

I want to buy the plugin but have some questions before i buy it???

1) Can i get advanced statistics of tickets like how much time it took to solve the ticket complaint or closing, the total number of tickets open, close …..etc.

2) Can i search ticket by category, name or date or subject ( how search of ticket works?)
