You can’t turn it off. You can only hide it by using the CSS suggested above.
Screenshots are of no use in this situation. Try using Firefox with the Firebug add-on for this kind of CSS troubleshooting. Or use whatever developer tool is available in your web browser.

I put it on css img#wpstats{display:none}
but still showing?
I meant, if the user come to my site, I dun want them to see it as it looks pretty strange on the mobile.
And is there anything I can do in my wordpress setting to hide it ?
It would be very nice for ppl just hide/show as an option.

No, there isn’t. You have to hide it by adding the CSS mentioned above to your theme or a custom CSS plugin.

i m so stupid.
they do have the option:
Hide the stats smiley face image.
The image helps collect stats and makes the world a better place but should still work when hidden Smiley face
