    Evening all,
When I publish a new post, it is not being sent to my subscriber list.

    Version of Jetpack 3.02
    Wordpress 3.9.1

    Other plugins

It was working when I published mt last post in January 2014. I have not installed any new plugins since that time but have updated WordPress and Jetpack since then.

I have checked my settings and Subscriptions is active.

    Other active plugins
    Askimet 3.0.0
    Background per Page 0.3
    Bulk Watermark 1.6.9
    Jetpack 3.02
    Signature Watermark 1.7.11
    Slideshow Gallery 1.4.4.3
    Wordpress SEO 1.5.3.3

    Please advise

    Thanks
    Kathy

    Hi Kathy,

I checked for this post, http://richardmullincoachbuilding.com/motorcycletaillamp/, and I’m showing that it did go out to your subscribers.

If you have the e-mail addresses of any subscribers who didn’t get it, could you send it to my via http://jetpack.me/contact-support/ and I can check the logs for those addresses specifically.

When using that form, please do send a link to this thread so we’re sure to be on the same page.

    Thanks!

    Hi Brandon,

    I have the same problem.

When I publish a new post, it is not being sent to my subscriber list.

    Version of Jetpack 3.02
    Wordpress 3.9.1

I’ve been getting complaints about non receipt of notifications for sometime and even I am subscribed to the blog and no longer get new post alerts.
I have checked my settings and Subscriptions is active.

    Thanks

    Howdy,

You should be all set now. What happened is originally your site was attached to Jetpack using the (what looks like) Bluehost’s temporary address for your site (e.g. http://123.123.123.123/~example/) and about a week ago, you disconnected/reconnected to Jetpack.

Since your site’s URL changed, we created a new “account” for the site, so you were starting over with stats and subscribers. I’ve merged the former account to the new so everything is back in one place.

If you need anything else, please start a new forums thread (since the majority of the time errors with subscriptions are from different root causes and it can be hard to help multiple people with different problems at the same time).

    Cheers!
