Not sure why your site is using old jQuery 1.4 instead of the current version that is included with WP 3.9 but maybe disabling the minification will tell you more. Also you might try excluding the plugins fancybox.js script file from minification. I have had reports that the script (which is aready minified) gets corrupted when minified a second time.

1.4.2 apparently got loaded by the theme, so I disabled that. I also disabled minification for js. I have managed to get this working again, but have the same issue on another site: http://www.stadspodium-rotterdam.nl/fotoimpressie-eerste-buitensalon/
Even thoug it’s working now, I’m getting a lot of new errors on http://www.avtinterieurbouw.nl/portfolio/westkaai/ like :
Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined superfish.js?ver=3.9.1:120
Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined custom.js?ver=3.9.1:1
Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined jquery.prettyPhoto.js?ver=3.9.1:2
You might want to check that out…
On http://www.stadspodium-rotterdam.nl/fotoimpressie-eerste-buitensalon/ (héhé! Rotterdam, mijn geboortestad!) the images in the gallery are linked to their attachement page. FancyBox only works with links to media files. Choose “Link to: Media File” when inserting a thumbnail image or gallery.

Yeah AVT needs some spit and polish, so I noticed, thanks. I’ve messaged the content manager with instructions for the other site. Sorry, the result was the same, but the cause very different. Thanks again, greetings from Roffa 😉
