Event Results Won't Display

    My event results were displaying before, since I updated to the latest version, they’re not!

    Under Settings > Configure > Team Results I have “Goals” set up, and on multiple events have set the score, but my Event List will only display the time, not the score.

    Hi Andrea,

    Thanks for your question.

    This generally happens when one or more of the Team Results values is left blank. Could you verify that all fields (1st Half, 2nd Half, Goals, Outcome) have been filled in?

    I only have Goals set up under Team Results and I have the Goals and Outcome filled in.

    Hi Andrea,

    Thanks for the additional info. We may have found the issue.

    Could you please go to SportsPress > Settings > Configure and look at the Outcomes section. Is the Primary set to Goals or Default (Goals)? There may be a glitch with the Default settings, so changing this to Goals could solve the issue.

    My settings are as follows and under Results Primary is set to Goals not default

    Event Outcomes:
    Win
    Draw
    Loss

    Team Results:
    Goals

    For anyone else having this issue:

    In the event list, the part of the code that calculates each event result is being skipped when the “Teams” column is unselected. We’ll be releasing an update soon with this fixed.

    Hey, I’m still having issues on my home page (http://hanoverkickers.com/) with the scores displaying properly. The page that displays the individual League scores works fine.

    Hi Andrea,

    Thanks for your ongoing feedback.

    It looks like the Event Blocks layout was only displaying results when the teams have logos. We’ve fixed this so that results are now always displayed. The fix is included in version 0.9.1.
