unique visitor?

Determining unique visitors is a challenge, IP address alone is not enough and mobile makes it even harder as often they are proxied by the carriers.

The current code tries to track based on time and ip address but it doesn’t always work.

Without adding tracking cookies or some other major rewrite of how visitors are tracked there’s no options for this.
