"Select Banner" button is not working

    Gello there.

    The “Select Banner” button under Banner Image is not working. Everytime I click it, it just highlights the input box and does nothing.

    I’m running on local machine and using Win7 and Firefox. WordPress, browser and plugin are all updated.

    I’ve searched around and found out other people were having this issue, at least last year, and there was someone replying with a couple links that could fix the issue, though those pages are no longer active.

    Can someone help?

    I can’t reproduce it in any browser on OSX and Win7.
    Check for broken/conflicting browser plugins.

    Hello there and thanks for your answer.

    I installed a fresh new WordPress and the plugin aswell, the issue persists.

    Tried Chrome aswell and nothing.

    May I ask what were the solutions to the other people?

    What other people?

    Can you check your browsers debug console and look for any javascript errors?
    Perhaps that tells us some more.

    I’m not receiving any errors other than this

    Use of getUserData() or setUserData() is deprecated. Use WeakMap or element.dataset instead.

    As far as I can tell that’s not related to AdRotate.

    I’m one of the “other people” coldpumpkin referred to The Select Banner button does not work and so I can’t use AdRotate. I just googled for 2 minutes and found 3 cases where people say the Select Banner doesn’t work and there’s no solution.

    I’ve tested on a locally installed WP and live production server. Same behavior.

    Is this caused by the same issue that keeps the links beside the AdCode box from doing anything? Are they supposed to do something? If not, why are they links? I’m assuming if you click the Options links they are supposed to insert into the AdCode box….maybe?

    This error is caused by AdBlock, deactivated and the button operated normally!
