Why i can’t write in product description for example in russian language? If i write russian i get this “????”

Are you running your WP in Russian language? Or running it in English, but posting content in Russian?

I choose ru_RU in my wp_config.php
But it’s not fix.

Maybe i can write line in some php file that it have UTF-8 or something?
