You can change the title format of all post, category & page from the Platinum SEO Plugin settings, which you will see in the bottom of left sidebar.

The google title & description do not work for some of my pages (but not for all).
So far everything was working pretty well but i’ve noticed the titles and descriptions are not edited anymore.

For example, the home page description i set up does not appear on Google.

It looks like this plugin isn’t being maintained any longer, – so perhaps find another SEO plugin – there are many choices.
