These guys are in India and don’t respond within average of 14 hours. Right now I’ve been trying to work out a problem with them and it has taken over a week since the reply is always brief and not very helpful.
I have had the same problem that you have and I have found out that if there are line breaks (like you hit return) within each cell then THAT’s where it breaks and everything after that does not load. Go through each cell to see if there is an extra line added. Also, make sure that WordWrap is turned off in each cell in Formatting.
And don’t bother with the paid version…it’s not much more than the free version and I still can’t get it to work. A refund was denied.
@chris, No such limits, you have to check your csv format. Use any spreadsheet editor to edit and save as UTF-8 format. This will help solving this issue. And @rockinmomof3 thanks for the comment. We are happy that you accepted about the support we gave to you. Hope you got it working now apart from environment issues.
