Aweber integration not working?

Aweber integration is not working for me, with this plugin.

Here is a screenshot of the options page, at the relevant part:

I’ve blanked out the personal details.

You can see the lists come up in the drop down box, so connecting Aweber to the plugin has worked fine.

But when I enter the contest, I get no confirmation to the email address I enter, and the address does not get added to the Aweber list.

Any ideas?
