Installation fails

Hi,

WP version 3.8.1
PHP Version 5.3.26
ionCube PHP Loader v4.4.0

I paid $170 for this thing and I need it working ASAP.

I tried using the built-in installer:
1. Download the wp-ultimate-csv-importer-pro.zip from My Account at http://www.smackcoders.com/
2. Dashboard >> Plugins >> Add New >> Upload
3. Upon upload I get the following error:
Unpacking the package…
Installing the plugin…
The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.
Plugin install failed.

I tried unzipping the file and uploading it to plugins directory via FTP. In this case my WP just won’t see it.

The unzipped folder structure is as follows:

The free version installs fine via search.
