Is there seriously NO SUPPORT?? Need HELP!

Tried leaving multiple questions on forum site as well as personal message the person who seems to be in charge, this is ridiculous. Is there actual support for this cart?
Here is my question:
Hi Luis,
We are on a super quick time crunch and need help if you could spare a moment.
We are trying to re-order dynamic options by the order field as we need them to be in correct measurement order not numerical order. At the bottom of the Dynamic Options page it says: (*) Options will be ordered by title or price, this field will not be considered. To change the order, visit Theme compatibility page.
So we go to Theme compatibility page and change it to :
Dynamic options order by: Order field
Yet nothing changes. It is still in numerical order not the order I specified.We are willing to pay for time if this can get us answers as this site needs to be done by Monday and this is the only problem we have left to resolve.

The drop down dynamic options are what we are trying to fix.If you could PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get back to me ASAP I would really appreciated it!
