How much time passed since installing the plugin? Did you check Real-time tracking?

Real-time tracking does work and the correct code is embedded. I was attempting to validate the use of Universal Analytics for analytics.js versus ga.js. But I guess Demographics and Interests are not supported in Universal Analytics until phase 3. Only supported in Classic. Is that correct?

Can you give me your website URL to check it?

Yes, Demographics and Interests are not supported in Universal Analytics yet. Google should add these features soon.

The code seems to be in place. It should be working.

Are you sure that you have upgraded your Google Analytics account to Universal Analytics?

I’ve had the same problem forever. Can’t seem to get it to validate. Have both the classic and universal installed. Have disabled each one looking for conflicts. I read somewhere that Google hasn’t yet implemented a particular WordPress-necessary support for Universal Analytics.

My site is http://www.customsignsokc.com. I’m not sure what’s up. Any help is appreciated.
    Thanks!

cwassie and kalenlake, I check both websites and see that you have correctly installed the tracking code. There should not be any issues, unless there is some mis-configuration in your Google Analytics account’s settings.

If you want you can submit support ticket at onlineads.lt and we could take a closer look at your account.

Also, upgrade your plugin to the latest version. 2.1.2 is now available.

Thanks for the help. It actually validated today! For some reason I was unable to find the line to replace in the code snippet so Universal Analytics would validate.

    Thanks for the help!

    Alright. Great to hear that!
