ReCAPTCHA Login Bug

I try to login to the admin panel (wp-admin). When I click to login it gives me an error saying there’s an incorrect or blank CAPTCHA entered. I’m entering the correct ReCAPTCHA. Ironically, if I delete the plugin via FTP then refresh the admin login page I’m logged in automatically. It seems that I’m being logged in as admin but the plugin is still showing the admin login with the ReCAPTCHA error as if the login was unseccessful.

For now I’ve installed the plugin but have the option for login disabled. I mainly use it for Contact Form 7.
