WordPress Multisite

Is anyone else having issues using the plugin with a multisite setup? The forms are not saving or retaining any data. The confirmation screen comes up but after the screen is refreshed, I am able to enter the contest again and no participants are being saved. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
