FTP into your site and rename the directory genesis-simple-hooks in the /wp-content/plugins directory — that should make the error go away get you back in the site.

As for why this error occurs in the first place, you’d better ask for support at StudioPress.

Not really. A plugin is causing a problem, so you’ll need to disable it in order to eliminate the problem.

Since you can’t log in to your admin, or you can’t access the files through FTP, I can’t think of anything else. You may want to contact the host and ask for help.
