I recently moved from .com to .org and brought all followers to .org. However for email subscribers I’ve migrated the list to Mailchimp. How can I remove the “Email-only Followers” list from Jetpack so they don’t get posts emailed twice? I’ve searched the forums and maybe posters are contacted offline because I haven’t found any way to do it in forums. I used the Guided Transfer service (which was fantastic by the way!) and might still be within the 14 days if this is something Happiness Engineers do. I can’t find any way to remove the emails. Thanks for help.

    Hi there!

We don’t manually remove Email-only subscribers. Your best option would be to email your subscribers and let them know about the migration to Mailchimp, and tell them that they can unsubscribe by going to http://subscribe.wordpress.com or by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the emails they receive from your site.

    unsubscribe please

@Shenandoah Kepler If you’d like to unsubscribe from a Jetpack or WordPress.com site, you can do so by following the instructions Richard posted above.

If you’d like your site to stop sending notifications to your subscribers, you can disable the Subscriptions module under Jetpack > Settings in your dashboard.

If you experience other issues with Jetpack Subscriptions, could you please start your own thread, as per the Forum Welcome?

    Thank you!
