Wrong email from twitter connection

When I sign up for an account using twitter it gives the account a non-functional email address like: tw_50e472278151e7941c4254a01773a22e@mysiteurl.com.
I’ve tested with google and facebook and had no issues with the email automatically filling out to be the other account’s email address.
