Cannot enter support issues in Pro Site

I purchased the pro version of your plugin specifically hoping it would be responsive. I quickly found out that it is not. The website is http://www.labelpac.com. I tried to enter a support ticket on the pro site but it does not allow me to even when I log in. Any help would be appreciated. I emailed you as week with my purchase info.
