In 1.3.66 I added the new option: “Ignore for default language” for PRE-PATH mode.
If enabled any information about language, for default one, will be removed 🙂

what goes wrong with custom post type?
Hi, I have two new problems:
1. Why translated pages not have pre path mode?
2. Problem with pagination on translated blog page. On translated page on second pagination page, query_posts return all posts (in all languages)

Before enable 1.4 you have to disable the other one version
